Carey Lowell (born April 15, 1970) is an American actor. She began modeling at the age of Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein. The beginning of her acting career came in the movie 'Dangerously Close' (1986). Later that year she appeared on screen in Club Paradise. The film featured her in the 'James Bond - Licence to Kill' movie (1989). Later, she reprised her role in the game 007 Legends. She is popular for her TV work, particularly in the role of 'Jamie Ross' in which she played her in both a leading part and in a secondary character. Disillusioned by the media, during the 2000s, she decided to go to New York University and study documentary filmmaking. Her 3-year-long divorce case with actress Richard Gere ended in 2016. Lowell has remained a secret from controversy ever since.
